The automatic BAT module, which is present by default, operates in two modes: BAT for file control (targeting reseller clients) and BAT for client validation (targeting end clients).

Your desktop publishing (DTP) department no longer needs to monitor the email inbox; all project information is centralized on Freshprocess. The tool will send reminders via email and/or SMS to unblock client approval tasks. This module has patented key features that allow for quick resolution of issues.
