2 – Improving the SHOP customer experience – web2print

The shop has always been one of our tools, providing your clients with an online space to access all their business documents—quotes, orders, invoices—as well as your custom designs and pricing. Exciting improvements at the end of this year have allowed us to offer you an enhanced user experience, enabling you to launch your clients on your own shop! Through the CRM, you can now invite all associated contacts to join your e-commerce site with a single click as soon as a client record is created. It's a great way to showcase your entire product range to your clients by inviting them to your shop. As a reminder, the Freshprocess shop is directly linked to the CRM, allowing all your clients to quickly access their accounts and place orders on your behalf. This will easily boost your sales! Interested in getting started with the shop? Send an email to tony@freshcore.fr and we'll show you some example sites.

3 – Flat-rate vehicle marking calculator: A first in the world of ERP Graphic Arts

The shop has always been one of our tools, providing your clients with an online space to access all their business documents (quotes, orders, invoices), as well as your custom artwork and pricing. Recent advancements in pricing technology have allowed us to refine our approach to services like vehicle branding. Currently, two methods for pricing vehicle branding stand out:
  •   Estimate based on the actual surface area used after completion of final artwork and client discussions.
  •   Pricing based on pre-calculated fixed rates
For this reason, we created a calculator based on 5 vehicle marking ranges and then on vehicle sizes:
  •   Basic range (a little bit of adhesive)
  •   Intermediate range (surface area equivalent to a sheet metal frame)
  •   Premium range (give your graphic designers free rein to their creativity within the constraints of polymer adhesives)
  •   Semi-covering range (Conformable cast adhesive on the back and polymer adhesive on the front)
  •   Covering range (Total coverage)
These products, requiring minimal technical expertise during the sales phase, allow you to quickly provide a price quote. When preparing your sales proposal, we advise you to inform your clients that this quote represents a base price based on the vehicle size and chosen branding style. Depending on the approval process, the final price may vary if the adhesive surface area changes or if the vehicle's curves are affected. Regarding pricing strategy, this calculator uses predefined surface areas categorized by product range and vinyl type, with application times aligned with polymer and cast adhesives. The purchase price will then be calculated. From this purchase price, an overall markup coefficient is applied, allowing you to quickly adjust your pricing according to your region. For more information, you can view these product ranges on the Freshcore SHOP: Shop link Vehicle marking   Tony is available by email to schedule a vehicle marking upgrade service package via email: tony@freshcore.fr

5 – Training Experience

Improved handling Strengthening the team We invite you to explore our tutorial area, accessible in the left-hand menu. We are expanding this area daily. Our goal is to have a complete section ready by early February 2025 for C!PRINT. The TRAINING – Getting Started tutorial can provide answers and usage tips, as the tool and our onboarding approach are constantly evolving. We regularly offer refresher training sessions to help you refine your daily use. The main advantage we offer is a category and product listing, providing clear and direct visibility into filterable sales items associated with the calculator products. This significantly simplifies quoting for estimators and facilitates information sharing within teams. Many clients book additional training days to train new employees or simply refresh their skills based on their use of Freshprocess and our latest developments. Feel free to contact Tony to schedule a new training session: tony@freshcore.fr Strengthening the team We place paramount importance on our role in the development and success of your business.
